Come and celebrate 100 years of PTA at the 4th of July Parade in downtown Northville!
The theme is "Grand ole Flag." Strollers and wagons welcome! Bikes should be part of the Bike Parade that is incorporated into the parade - however we might be right before or after the bikes in the parade (no guarantee yet). This is open to all Northville Public School students and their families!

Visit our Leader in Me page for the latest updates on this exciting program!  You can find it under the Progams tab above, or click here.

A request to Invest in Your Child was sent out recently, but do you know what your PTA uses your tax-deductible donations for ? Click here to find out!

Please familiarize yourself with the drop-off/pick-up guidelines! Be sure to share this information with anyone who may be helping you out (grandparents, sitters, other caregivers). During arrival, the gates close 10 minutes before school starts for the safety of the students and parents walking to school. In the parking lot facing 8 Mile Road, cars should not be waiting in line to exit off of Center Street. This is not safe for students walking from the parking lot and blocks parking spots from other Amerman families. You may remain parked in your parking spot or exit off of 8 Mile Road turning right only. Kids are also being dropped off in the front of the school where the buses drop off - this is extremely unsafe and is not allowed. Please park or pull into the parking lot if you are dropping off your child. During dismissal, the gates close when the bell rings and remain closed for 5-8 minutes after the bell depending on the walking traffic. Student safety is our number one priority - please abide by the guidelines for the north parking lot and the drop-off/pick-up loop.

The Amerman PTA is on Facebook - request to join the group here. This is a private group just for current Amerman families, so all requests to join will be reviewed by the PTA President.

The PTA is signed up for a number of fundraising programs which offer significant earning potential for our school. Please check the Fundraising page to be sure that you’re signed up for as many of these fundraising opportunities as possible.  These are a wonderful and essentially effortless source of income for the PTA, and allow us to do great things for the students, teachers and school. Be sure to encourage your family and friends to sign up as well.

The 2017-18 Amerman PTA Board would like to wish everyone a wonderful summer break.  We are so appreciative of everything you do to make Amerman a wonderful place for all of our children. Please read outgoing president Rabecca Plenchette’s letter in the June Am-A-Gram about another great Bobcat year.
